Processing, Shipping, Return Policy and Refunds

PROCESSING ORDERS
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order(s) and prepare it for shipping.
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-10 business days after processing to ship your item(s). There is no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays.
RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund ONLY. If it arrives damaged from shipper, you may return it for a refund or exchange of the same item(s) if in stock and if item is returned. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of delivery receipt. All returned items must be in NEW and UNDAMAGED CONDITION, with all original tags and labels attached. A photo of the item must be presented upon return request. If the item is damaged from shippers ONLY you must inform us within 1 day of receiving package and send pictures of the damaged items and box. No returns will be made after 24 hours of delivered receipt or with proper proof the item was damaged in shipping. If you like to fix the broken piece yourself, advice on how to do so will be given.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at starseeddesigns.shop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All return emails must contain a picture of your item from all angles, with an explanation before any refund will be considered. After receiving an RMA number, wrap the item well to avoid damage and place the item securely in its original packaging (if packaging is not too badly damaged) and attach the return form provided. We will issue you a return label to print, place on the box to ship it back to us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return(s) and inspecting the condition of your item(s), and it meets our satisfactions and does not show use, wear or tear, comes in its original packaging with tags attached, or damage, we will process your return(s). Please allow at least ten (10) days from the acceptance of your shipment to process your return(s). Refunds may take 1-5 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following item(s) cannot be returned:
- No Returns for oils, bath and body, or cosmetic products that have been opened and unsealed.
- No Returns for damaged items made by anyone but the shipping company.
- No Returns if I have no proof you ordered from me. All scammers will be reported.
- No Returns on purchases over five (5) days.
- No Returns on services provided if they have already been performed.
For products damaged through the shipping process, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We will not take back damaged items that were NOT damaged during shipping.
- If damage happens through shipping IMMEDIATELY take pictures of the box and the item(s) and email us ASAP. DO NOT WAIT or we cannot refund you. If 2-3 days goes by and you have not mentioned a damaged item from shipping, we will assume all damages were made by you and you will not be refunded.
- If we have no proof that you have ordered from us, we will not refund you.
- We DO NOT refund if no item is returned to us.
- ONLY the buyer must contact us for a refund.
- Services cannot be returned if I have already performed the work.
- We have the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our product evaluation satisfaction process.
